It was a real pleasure to welcome our partners from MALDONADO EXPLORACIONES of Bolivia to our facility recently. From in-depth technical discussions to a full tour of our production line, the visit was a reminder that face-to-face exchange makes a difference that no email thread or video call quite replaces.

MALDONADO EXPLORACIONES has been working with us since 2014, which makes this year the twelfth of our partnership. Over that time the relationship has grown from a supplier-customer arrangement into something closer to a shared working practice: a Bolivian partner that knows what it needs from its equipment, and a manufacturer that has learned, project by project, what that means in practice. Having the team here in person, after more than a decade of working together at a distance, was a particularly meaningful moment for us.

The visit began in our meeting room, where we presented our company background, our product range, and our view of the markets we serve around the world. The presentation was bilingual in English and Spanish, and the SINOCOREDRILL core drilling system catalogue was on the table for everyone to refer to during the discussion. The conversation that followed went well beyond the slides. It covered the practical technical questions that matter to a working drilling contractor, and it gave both sides a chance to hear directly from the people who use our equipment and those who build it.

The tour of our production line was the part of the visit that no presentation can substitute for. Walking through the assembly area, past full hydraulic core drill rigs in various stages of build, the delegation could see for themselves how our equipment is built. In our exhibition hall, the company's development timeline, from its founding in 2006 through successive stages of research, relocation, and expansion, sits alongside display cases of diamond core bits, reaming shells, and other drilling tools, each representing a part of the drilling system that our customers rely on in the field.

For us, this visit was also personal. A bouquet of flowers marked the occasion, a small gesture for people who have trusted us for twelve years.

As I put it on the day: Warmest welcome to my valued guest and dearest old friend. Twelve years of friendship and counting. Time flies, but some bonds only grow stronger. I am so grateful to have you here.

Visits like this one are how we learn what our customers need next.
